The hotel's location is fantastic, extremely close to the Taj, idealistic for tourists, but with some shortcomings like broken concrete drain covers around the pool area. The rooms were comfortable but had a stink, and the size could have been bigger for a 5-star place. Service was mixed, with rude responses at times but excellent breakfast boxes provided. The dining experience was good overall with a variety of options including American-style Indian cuisine. The facilities were decent, although some improvements could be made in certain areas.
